Information you share
When you use the project inquiry form, Etherstep receives the name, email address, company, project details, budget, and timeline you choose to provide. You can also contact the studio directly by email.
How it is used
This information is used to review your request, reply to you, plan a potential engagement, and protect the form from misuse. Etherstep does not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel and inquiry emails are delivered through Resend. Those providers may process limited technical or message data to operate their services. The real-estate demo also loads an embedded map from OpenStreetMap, which may receive standard request information when that demo is opened. Inquiry details are not stored in a separate Etherstep website database.
Technical data and the demo
Hosting infrastructure may record standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and reliability. The interactive demo library can store content edits, saved homes, cart items, and booking choices only in your browser's local storage. Demo inquiries, orders, showing requests, and reservations are simulations and are not submitted to Etherstep or the fictional businesses.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, business records, and applicable legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or delete information you have shared, email contact@etherstep.com.
